Professional Supply was founded with a simple goal: to offer contractors everything they need to irrigate, landscape, or light a yard—efficiently, reliably, and with expert support. What began in South Florida as a pioneering effort to integrate landscape lighting with irrigation distribution quickly grew into a full-service operation supplying plumbing, HVAC, and outdoor living products across multiple states.

Husband and wife team Mark and Chris Kelly launched the business in 1980, inspired by trends on the West Coast and a shared commitment to innovation. From the beginning, they expanded their offerings to include tools, chemicals, mulch, and fertilizers—becoming one of the first in Florida to deliver a full-spectrum solution for outdoor contractors.

Today, the company is proudly led by their son, Colin Kelly, who joined in 2012. With a sharp eye toward modernization and growth, Colin has helped transform the business through advanced e-commerce platforms, a streamlined ordering system, and a nearly paperless ERP system—all designed to better serve Professional Supply’s evolving customer base.

We currently operate four locations—three in South Florida and one in Virginia Beach, Virginia—supported by a fleet of delivery trucks that cover wide service areas, from the Florida Keys to Vero Beach and across Virginia, Eastern Carolina, and Maryland. With over 30,000 stocked line items across plumbing, irrigation, and landscape supply, we meet the demands of both small contractors and large-scale developers.
